"Fear and Angst....Anxiety: a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event of something with an uncertain outcome. Anxiety if one of the most common psychiatric illnesses in children and adults. The constant worry and fear that you whold world is falling apart and thiere is nothing you can do about it. There are looks of confusion on other people's faces because they do not understand why you feel this way. One day you can feel completely fine and the next you feel like everything is going to go wrong. Getting invitations to go out with friends and turning them down because your anxiety holds you back from living your everyday life. Panic attacks can wake you up in the middle of the night with no explanation. You can feel like you are having a heart attack because your anxiety has gotten that bad. Some days you feel so anxious and even you yourself, don't know why it's happening, and those around you just don't get it."
